Lethbridge Ultimate will be hosting a women’s ultimate frisbee skills clinic May 14-15 at Gyro Park for females 16 years of age and up.
Lessons will start with learning how to throw backhand, forehand, outside-ins, inside-outs and hammers, as well as the basic rules, then move into simple offensive and defensive strategies. Beginners are welcome!
The clinic will go about 1-4PM on Saturday and 11AM-2PM on Sunday. The first two hours each day will be devoted to skills development, and the last hour to applying the new skills in a friendly scrimmage.
